Chord Chooser

The Chord Chooser application is designed to help the guitar/bass player become familiar with chords and to provide alternatives when building a progression. This highly-configurable application includes the following tools:

• Fingering Search - Show the ways to play a given chord on the guitar/bass neck
• Reverse Search - Identify the chord name(s) for a given neck fingering
• Named Note Search - Identify the chord name(s) and fingerings that include a given set of note names
• Step Sequencer - Combine audible tones in a fixed meter to discover chord transitions
• Chord Suggestor - Provide suggestions for the next chord in the progression

Installation and Execution:Chord Chooser is a self-executing Jar file which requires no installation and is platform independent. To start up Chord Chooser, simply double-click the .jar file.
